These Terms govern the use of ClickEye, an AI Workflow-powered system development service operated by TSCIENTIFIC Co., Ltd. (the “Company”). The Korean version is the legally binding text; this page is a courtesy summary.
1. Purpose
These Terms define the conditions, procedures, rights, and obligations between the Company and users of the ClickEye service.
2. Definitions
- “Service” — AI Workflow-powered system development consulting offered under the ClickEye brand.
- “User” — any individual or entity that enters into a service agreement with the Company.
- “Individual Contract” — a separate written service agreement signed between the Company and a User.
3. Service Scope
The Company provides Click Sprint, Click Build, and Click Scale packages — covering requirements analysis, AI Workflow-based delivery, expert verification, and operational handover.
4. Contract Formation
These Terms set general conditions. Specific scope, fees, duration, and deliverables are governed by an Individual Contract. A consultation request on this site is not an offer to contract; an Individual Contract is formed after review and mutual agreement.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties shall protect each other's confidential information disclosed during the engagement and not use it outside the agreed purpose. The Company may execute an NDA before substantive information exchange.
6. Intellectual Property
- IP in deliverables (source code, documentation) transfers to the User as specified in the Individual Contract.
- Pre-existing Company assets (internal tools, libraries, Workflows) remain Company property. Users receive a non-exclusive, irrevocable right to use them as necessary to operate the delivered system.
7. User Obligations
- Provide information reasonably requested for service delivery in a timely manner.
- Use the deliverables only for lawful purposes; do not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or copy without authorization.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure or events beyond its reasonable control.
- The Company is not liable for issues attributable to the User.
- The Company's liability is limited as set out in the Individual Contract and applicable law.
9. Payment
Payment terms, refund conditions, and dispute handling are governed by the Individual Contract.
10. Privacy
Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation; failing that, the competent Korean court of first instance shall have jurisdiction.
